We tried for Cute back when he was a Brionne, but he didn't place. Since Sticky won the Clever contest last February, he's been really fired up. He wants to go for Beauty now-- But the work he's been doing is a secret. I'm not allowed to tell a soul.

Yeah, Armin has a pod of them. I think some of them are wild, and some of them were poaching victims, or were abused in some way. In comparison, Shimizu looks like a showpony. [He laughed a little.] But I'm glad I found him when he was beached, and not someone who would take advantage of him somehow.
[Yes, her fur was very thick and needed thorough drying. But it was worth it to play with the young Lapras for awhile.]
